Liver α carboxyl esterase  and brain acetyl choline esterase activities were carried out using pooled liver/brain tissues from different fishes in the same group after 48 h of treatment. c Histopathology analysis: fish were injected with PBS and ursolic acid intramuscularly. After 48 h, the fish were sacrificed and preserved immediately in 10% formalin. They were embedded in paraffin blocks, sectioned, stained with Hematoxylin and eosin and imaged using bright field microscope.
