Apoptosis induced by scFv–apoptin in Raji and Jurkat cells assayed by Annexin-V/PI staining. a Percentage of specific apoptosis in Raji and Jurkat cells incubated with recombinant scFv–apoptin. 24, 48 and 72 h later, Annexin-V/PI staining was quantified by flow cytometric analysis.
