Cytokine levels in the sera. Groups of female Balb/c mice (n = 10) were immunized subcutaneously with 100 μg CPG C274 formulated with pDNA and CSNP on day 0, 7, 14, and 30. pDNA- CPG C274/CSNP increased concentrations of IL-1β (A) and IFN-γ (C) in serum.
