The association between TNF-α mRNA expression and the numeral of Th1, Th17, Th22, and Treg lymphocytes in PUD H. pylori-positive patients. There was a significant positive association between expression of TNF-α and frequency of Th1, Th17, Th22 lymphocytes, whilst a significant negative association was shown between TNF-α expression and Treg lymphocytes in PUD H. pylori-positive patients. The data were analyzed using Spearman's rank correlation
