The serum antibody titer of immunized Bactrian camels was measured using ELISA. Polystyrene microplates were coated with rAd26 and ChAd63 viruses. The immune serum of the camel was diluted with PBS, basal serum was used as a negative control, and PBS was used as a blank control. The binding activity of each well was detected using an HRP-labeled goat anti-alpaca antibody at a 1:10,000 concentration and visualized with TMB solution. The plate was read at OD450 nm in a microplate reader
