ELISA analysis of proteins of interest in BALF and serum. TUBA4A, SOD1 and EIF4A proteins in serum and BALF samples were analyzed by ELISA at 12 h and 120 h post infection. The level of TUBA4A, SOD1 and EIF4A in BALF were consistent with the results of omics analysis (12h/0h and 120h/12h).
