Western blot analysis of specificity of the MAb 3E2. Before test, all the bacteria sample was adjust to the same concentration. Using MAbs 3E2 (1:1000) as primary antibody, and HRP-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (1:5000) as secondary antibody. Lane 1–12 were cell lysate of SE50336, 994, T48, W32, Stm1, W36, W37, U81, U82, SG9R, CVCC526, CE2, CE7 and DH5α, respectively. Western blotting results demonstrated that the MAbs 3E2 reacted specifically to the flagellated Salmonella strains (lane 1–9). However, no reaction with the non-flagellate Salmonella strains (lane 10, 11) or other non-Salmonella strains (lane 12–14) was observed
