Antimicrobial activity of Lactobacillus plantarum PBS067 cell free supernatant. The antimicrobial activity of L. plantarum PBS607 cell free supernatant (CFS) was determined as halo of growth inhibition of E. coli ATCC 25922 through the agar well diffusion assay. The figure shows the inhibition zones produced by CFS (A), by neutralized-acidified CFS (B), not inoculated MRS at pH 4 (C), not inoculated MRS (D) against E. coli ATCC 25922
