Optimization amplification temperature for A. baumannii-MCDA primers. MCDA reactions for detection of A. baumannii were monitored by real-time measurement of turbidity and the corresponding curves of DNA concentration were marked in the diagram. Turbidity of > 0.1 was considered positive. Kinetic curves (a–h) were generated at 60–67 °C (1 °C intervals) respectively with 1 pg DNA per reaction
