Genome walking of the gadA locus of Lactobacillus brevis NCL912 and hyg of rice. Each walking experiment contained four sets of PCR reactions that respectively utilized the four SWPOP primer sets, SWPOP1 (I), SWPOP2 (II), SWPOP3 (III) and SWPOP4 (IV), paired with a specific primer set.
