Effect of temperatures on the dimer structures of Xyn10A, Xyn10dC and Xyn10AdLC. Each purified enzyme was buffered using protein loading buffer, and then preheated at different temperatures (25, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 °C) for 5 min respectively, subsequently separated by SDS-PAGE and visualized by coomassie brilliant blue staining. Protein marker used PageRuler™ Plus Prestained Protein Ladder (Fermentas)
