Gene expression and intracellular erythritol accumulation under short-term oxidative stress with 0.15 mM menadione in Moniliella megachiliensis. When OD₆₀₀ reached approximately 1.0, menodione was added to the cell culture to a final concentration of 0.15 mM, and the culture was incubated for 120 min at 30 °C. Gene expression was analyzed by real-time PCR, and normalized using GAPDH expression level as a standard. Intracellular erythritol content was determined chromatographically with an ICS-3000 system, and is presented as µg/mg dry cells
