HPLC analysis of the susceptibility of polybia-MPI, D-MPI and D-lys-MPI to trypsin and chymotrypsin. Peptides at the concentration of 10 mM were incubated with trypsin or chymotrypsin at 37 °C. At the determined time interval, samples were taken and mixed with trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) and acetonitrile to precipitate proteins, respectively. Then the samples were detected with reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) analysis
