A standard curve was made by preparing Blue Dextran 10 concentration serials and measuring with absorption at 620 nm. The Blue Dextran 10 was added into the upper chamber and dialyzed against the renaturation buffer. 100 μl samples were taken at different time points and measured with the absorption at 620 nm.
