Proteins were incubated in 10 mM NaPO4 buffer, pH 7.0 for 60 min at different temperatures (64.0, 64.0, 68.4, 72.8, 77.2, 81.6, 86.0 and 90.0°C) in a gradient PCR-cycler. Experiments were done using Cel5A (filled diamonds, dashed line), Bgl1 (filled circles, dashed line), CB (filled squares, continuous line) and BC (filled triangles, continuous line). A control experiment with protein pre-incubated at 22°C was set to 100%.
