GPC curves of products of the enzymatic hydrolysis of β-tri(Asp)s by PahZ1KP-2. Each substrate (1 mM) was incubated with the enzyme (1 µM) in 10 mM phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) at 37°C for 24 h. LLL, LLD, LDL, LDD, DLL, DLD, DDL, and DDD are indicated in red, green, sky blue, blue, purple, orange, brown, and pink, respectively.
