Comparison of ethanol fermentation by the blended yeast of RTSH and wild-type yeast with that by RTSH yeast alone and wild-type yeast alone. Ethanol fermentation was evaluated using high-performance liquid chromatography as described in the Materials and methods section. The carbon source for fermentation was laccase-treated newspaper.
