PHB contents for the strains Re2005/pBBR1MCS-2, Re2005/pER1 (+phaZ1), Re2005/pER2 (+phaZ2), Re2005/pER3 (+phaZ3), Re2005/pER4 (+phaZ5) over the course of a 72 h incubation time are shown here. Values represented in this graph are the average of triplicate experiments. Error bars indicate the standard deviation.
