The total activities (hydrolysis plus transglycosylation) are shown for 1 (McGlc, ○; PcGlc, □) or 2 (McGlc, ●; PcGlc, ■) as a substrate/glycosyl donor. Reaction conditions: 37 °C, 10% DMSO, 1 mM of compound 1 or 2 mM of 2, 0.25–1.0 µg mL−1 of enzyme, 50 mM citrate buffer at pH 4.0 (McGlc) or pH 5.0 (PcGlc)
