RP-HPLC analysis of: a hPRL internal standard with retention time (tR) of 26.30 min; b Δ1-11-G129R-hPRL, before purification from periplasmic fluid, with tR of 19.18 min; c Δ1-11-G129R-hPRL after the two-step purification process, with tR = 19.20. A C4 Vydac 214TP54 column (25 cm × 4.6 mm ID) was used.
