Shaking Erlenmeyer flasks with 60 mL of CP-CHO-CB5 medium were inoculated with 0.3 x 10⁶ cells/mL. The experiment was performed in duplicates. These flasks were incubated at 37 °C in the presence of 5% CO₂ and shaking culture (120 rpm) (Infors HT, Switzerland). VCD: viable cell density.
