2-DE profiles and Far-western blot to identify the affinity of pIgG and hIgG interactions with S. suis 2 cell wall and extracellular proteins. The cell wall and extracellular proteins of S. suis 2 were loaded into immobilized pH gradient strips for IEF analysis and by SDS-PAGE in the second dimension. The 2-DE gels were transferred onto PVDF membranes and incubated with pIgG or hIgG.
