Bioinformatic analysis of the aminotransferases found in P. acidilactici. The gene sequences of six locus_tags that encode aminotransferases in P. acidilactici FAM18098 were used to find orthologs in the genomes of the study strains. Orthologs of GB044_RS00380 were also found in the genomes of the P. pentosaceus strains, which are indicated by an asterisk. The horizontal lines represent aligning nucleotide sequences. The predicted functions are based on sequence similarity searches against the KEGG GENES database
