Serial two-fold dilutions of boiled (circles) and non-boiled SVP (triangles) were titrated using 1:100 anti-IBDV and negative serum (open symbols). Anti-chicken antibody conjugated to peroxidase was used in dilution 1:3000. SVP were boiled for 3 min and then assayed. b Checkerboard titration between primary and conjugate antibodies.
