Humoral immune response elicited by SVP. Nineteen-day-old chickens were immunized with SVP (closed circles) or control sample (open circles) on days 0 and 23 and bled at 0, 14, 23, 30, 43, and 51 days post-inoculation. Sera were evaluated for the presence of specific antibodies against IBDV with a commercial kit (IDEXX Laboratories, Inc., USA). Titres above 396 were considered positive as indicated by the manufacturer’s instructions (dashed line). Black lines indicate the mean of the antibody titre. Arrow indicates boost vaccination
