From: Kaempferol ameliorates Cisplatin induced nephrotoxicity by modulating oxidative stress, inflammation and apoptosis via ERK and NF-κB pathways

Fig. 3

Kaempferol improved the expression levels of HO-1 and nuclear translocation Nrf2 in renal tissues of CPL treated mice. Western blot analysis demonstrating a Nuclear and Cytoplasmic translocation of Nrf2. For studying Nuclear translocation Lamin-B was selected a loading control whereas for cytoplasmic translocation actin was control. b Showing protein levels of Nrf2, actin was selected as loading control. c Expression levels of HO-1 in kidney tissues. d Quantitative results of densitometric analysis for ratio of Nuclear Nrf2 and cytoplasmic Nrf2. e Quantitative results of levels of Nrf2 relative to actin. f Quantitative results of levels of heme oxygenase-1 relative to actin. The results are mean ± SEM. #p < 0.05 compared to control mice, *p < 0.05 and **p < 0.01 compared to cisplatin alone treated mice
