Western blotting analysis of EGFR pathway activation after exposure to plantaricin P1053 in CCD 841 cell line. Representative western blotting analyses performed on crude extracts, using anti-P-AKT, anti-AKT, anti-P-ERK1/2, anti-ERK1/2 and anti-GAPDH antibodies. GAPDH was used as a control. The experiments were performed in triplicate (a). Densitometric analysis performed with Scion Image Software. Values are expressed by comparing the data obtained after the treatment with plantaricin P1053 with those obtained from 0’ of exposition to the compound (b). Values are presented as mean ± SD.
