Analysis of intrinsic fluorescence of XylCMS alone and under the influence of 3 M NaCl and OSX at various temperatures in the range of 10–80 °C. At 10 °C intervals, the fluorescence intensity of the enzyme alone (blue line), with NaCl (red line), with OSX (green line), and in the presence of both NaCl and OSX (magenta line) was recorded in the range of 300–500 nm. At all temperatures, the fluorescence intensity of the enzyme was quenched with OSX but NaCl could improve the fluorescence activity of XylCMS both in the absence and presence of OSX
