Batch enzymatic hydrolysis with commercial cellulase SN-1 and ethanol production. Hydrolysis of alkali treated substrates by C1-9 cellulase (a, b) was compared with commercial cellulase SN-1 (c, d) and combined hydrolysis by mixed enzymes (50% SN1 and 50% C1-9) at solid loading of 10% and enzyme loading 20 FPU/g dried substrates (e, f).
