The phylogenetic tree construction of fatty acid desaturases genes. A Neighbor-Joining (NJ) phylogenetic tree of all detected fatty acid desaturases genes was constructed, using MEGA 5.0 program with bootstrap analysis (1000 replicates). Fatty acid desaturases genes in the phylogenetic tree were clustered into five distinct groups (groups I-A, I-B, II-A, II-B-1 and II-B-2)
