Comparision of the drug-sensitivity phenotype of various NCE103 null mutant yeast strains. The AS01, AS02 and AS03 cells harboring the pGAL1.1_hCAII plasmid at concentrations of 10⁶, 10⁵, 10⁴ and 10³ cells mL⁻¹ were spotted onto the surface of SG + Ade + Leu + His plates containing either 0, 6.25, 12.5 or 50 µM AZA and incubated at 30 °C for 3–4 days under a low CO₂ condition.
