Quantitative MUC assay for six fosmid clones that were identified using a functional assay with the CMB substrate. The activity is reported as units of fluorescent signal intensity. Supernatants of the six clones were incubated at 37 °C (light grey), 60 °C (medium dark grey) or 80 °C (dark grey) to test the thermal stability of each cellulase.
