The effect of enzymolysis time (a) and amount of enzyme solution (b) on oil extraction rate. Enzymolysis times were 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 h, respectively to analyze the effect of enzymolysis times on oil extraction rate. To study the optimum amount of enzyme solution, the addition amounts were adjusted to 5% (v/v), 10% (v/v), 15% (v/v), 20% (v/v) and 25% (v/v), respectively. Data are mean ± SD (n = 3)
