From: A novel anti-CD22 scFv–apoptin fusion protein induces apoptosis in malignant B-cells
In vitro dose dependent cytotoxicity curves of anti-CD22 scFv–apoptin and anti-CD22 scFv on the CD22 positive Raji cells and CD22 negative Jurkat cells. The cells were incubated with different concentrations of anti-CD22 scFv–apoptin (a) and anti-CD22 scFv (b) for 72 h, respectively. The cell viability was measured using standard MTT assay. Data are represented as mean ± standard deviation, from 3 experiments performed in triplicates
