Mycelia were pretreated with 50 μM CdCl2, 1% NaCl or 4 mM H2O2 for 24 h and then exposed to ddH2O or HRW for another 48 h. The mycelia were stained with DAB (a) and NBT (b) and 48 h after various treatments to detect H2O2 and O2 −, respectively.
