Effects of pH (a) and temperature (b) on the activity and stability of immobilized rBGLa. The enzyme activity was examined using pNPG as a substrate. Reaction samples were withdrawn at regular intervals, and OD405 was measured immediately using a microplate reader. The effects of pH and temperature were investigated at 45 °C for various pHs between 3.0 and 10.0. The effect of temperature (25–60 °C) was investigated in the reaction buffer (pH 6.0). The stability was calculated as the ratio of residual activity after 2 h of incubation to the initial activity
