Dosage effect of NZ2114. a Effects of NZ2114 on the survival rate of mice. Every ten ICR female mice were divided into one group. Each group was inoculated with 1 × 108 CFU S. suis CVCC606 and various concentration of NZ2114 was injected after 1 and 8 h post-infection. The PBS was used as control.
