The relative abundance values are indicated as means of triplicate control and pyrene treatment samples from soil-compost mixture with standard deviations of ≤4 and ≤3%, respectively, for each class, and duplicate controls and triplicate pyrene treatment samples from fertilized soil with standard deviations of ≤5 and ≤1%, respectively, for each class.
