Core cellulose secretome. M. thermophila M77 secretomes produced on purified cellulose (CEL, light shaded bars) and sugar cane bagasse (SCBIN, dark shaded bars). Total extracellular protein abundance was determined by LC–MS/MS and reported as normalized spectral counts. Each bar indicates the normalized spectral counts of one enzyme and abundance ranking was done for SCBIN. Seven AA9 lytic polysaccharide monooxygenases did not rank at the top of any of the studied biomass sources however were added to the present table.
