The results shown represent triplicates of three independent biological samples and the error bars indicate the standard error of the mean. A two-way ANOVA was performed for each condition in comparison to the WT strain. * represents the conditions for which the two-way ANOVA test result had a p-value < 0.05 which means that the difference observed is significant when compared to the WT
