Influence of pH on stability of crude GluDH-BS (closed circle) and GluDH-BA (open circle) when using NADP+ as a cofactor. The activity was determined using CPB with a specified pH at 37 °C after 6 h of incubation at 30 °C. Stability of in vivo GluDH-BA inside the whole-cell B. subtilis BA (open square) was determined from the cell free extract prepared after the whole-cell biocatalyst was exposed to CPB with a specified pH at 30 °C for 6 h.
