SDS-PAGE and Western blot analysis of four FST-type proteins containing MBP as a fusion partner. Purified protein samples were subjected to 12.5 % SDS-PAGE either in reduced (a) or non-reduced (c) conditions and stained with Coomassie blue. Proteins fractionated by SDS-PAGE were transferred onto polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane electrophoretically, followed by immunoblotting against polyclonal anti-human FST (1:200) antibodies (b).
