Lcc gene sequences from Nigrospora sp. CBMAI 1328 (clone A1) and Arthopyrenia sp. CBMAI 1330 (clones F9 and C9) aligned together with sequences recovered from GenBank. The red boxes show the possible II and III regions of binding of copper ions and the black rectangles show the differences between the amino acids sequences from clones F9 and C9.
