  1. Mice were treated for 10 days, bis in die (b.i.d) with vehicle, NFAT-133 [100 mg/kg, intra-peritoneal (i.p)] or rosiglitazone [5 mg/kg, per os (p.o.)]. The percent change in liver and bidy weight were measured after 10 days of treatment. All the results were expressed as Mean ± S.E.M. (n = 10). ** p < 0.01 and * p < 0.05 vs. day 0.
